You must be of legal marriageable age in India (21 for men, 18 for women) and legally free to marry. The service is for matrimonial purposes only.
2. Your account
Information in your profile must be true and current. Parents or relatives creating a profile must have the member’s consent.
3. Conduct
Do not harass members, ask for money, share others’ data or use the service for dating, commercial or unlawful purposes. Violations lead to suspension without refund.
4. Paid plans
Plan benefits and prices are shown before payment. Plans do not auto-renew and are non-refundable once activated, except for failed or duplicate charges.
5. Verification
We verify mobile numbers and, where provided, identity documents. We do not guarantee the conduct of any member; please follow our safety tips.
6. Liability
Akon Matrimony is a platform for introductions. Decisions to meet or marry are yours. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your current plan.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
