Profile details you provide (name, date of birth, religion if you choose to share it, education, career, family and partner preferences), photos, contact details, horoscope details and verification documents.
Usage data such as device type, pages viewed and interactions, collected to keep the service secure and improve matches.
3. How we use it
To show your profile to suitable members, suggest matches, verify identity, prevent fraud, provide support and send service messages. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your privacy controls
You decide who sees your photo, contact number and horoscope. You can hide or delete your profile at any time from Settings.
5. Sharing
Profile information is shared with other members according to your settings. Verification and payment partners receive only what they need to perform their service.
6. Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Deleted profiles are removed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 by writing to support@akontec.com.
